As a young girl and teen, I constantly felt the pressure to be thinner, but I struggled with weight loss and didn’t understand how food worked for my body. I spent years feeling frustrated, unsure of how to make real changes. Now, I realize that many women share this journey. Whether you’re struggling with weight loss, your relationship with food, or body image, you are not alone—just like I wasn’t.

Wandy has witnessed the devastating effects of cancer and unhealthy lifestyles firsthand, losing loved ones to these struggles. This experience ignited her passion for studying diet and nutrition, which she began at 25 years old. However, she found that the information she encountered—whether from doctors, dietitians, or other health professionals—was often conflicting. This confusion drove Wandy to become a dietitian.
Determined to uncover the ‘truth’ about diet and health, Wandy attended the most reputable school available.
‘I gained weight, became obsessed and anxious about “healthy eating,” and ultimately felt awful both emotionally and physically.’
Wandy earned her degree and started her career as a Dietitian, but resigned within 5 years. She knew that path wasn’t the right way forward.
